Slight variations might occur between the samples and the actual finished product. Due to industry tolerances, it is considered as normal and not defects. Manufacturing process has an effect on the product, and slight variation to its dye lots (e.g. one dress is lighter or darker than the others) is considered common. We strongly recommend that when purchasing identical products and colors, order it at the same time.

Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after you have completed your purchase. All items will be shipped based on the shipping method you have chosen at the checkout page. We do not offer returns on any of our gowns due to the delicate fabric and material of our items.

All gowns with sizing errors or defects are eligible for exchanges. We must be notified 48 hours after receiving the product with this issue. Thus, we strongly suggest checking the sizing chart before purchasing an order. Kindly read our Shipping & Returns Policy for more details.
