Shipping & Returns
We do not offer returns on any of our gowns due to the delicate fabric and material of our items. We ensure that every gown is in good condition and has been quality checked before shipping to our valued customers.
All gowns with sizing errors or defects are eligible for exchanges. We must be notified 48 hours after receiving the product with this issue. Thus, we strongly suggest checking the sizing chart before purchasing an order.
You can send a photo of the defect and send it to contact@chicbutic.com. We are going to notify you once we confirm that it can be eligible for exchange.
We offer exchange for the same product only. We do not allow an exchange of products for another. In any case that size is unavailable, that’s time we consider other products for exchange.
All exchanges must be returned within 7 business days after we issue you an exchange notice. It must be in original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and clean. It must be inside its original packaging including all tags and wrap attached to it.
If the gown is worn, washed, altered, unclean, and/or without tags, the product cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges including return fees for a non-delivery.

Shipping
Items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after you have completed your purchase. All items will be shipped based on the shipping method you have chosen at the checkout page.
If a product is not in stock, you will be notified via email or phone. If a product is on pre-order, we will let you know the availability of the product and the shipping date via email.
Please note that we ship out during business days and not on weekends and major holidays.
We cannot guarantee shipment times. Should you need the package sooner, please email us at contact@chicbutic.com.
If there are incorrect details after you place your order and before it is shipped out, please email us at contact@chicbutic.com.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Product & Color Variations
Slight variations might occur between the samples and the actual finished product. Due to industry tolerances, it is considered as normal and not defects. Manufacturing process has an effect on the product, and slight variation to its dye lots (e.g. one dress is lighter or darker than the others) is considered common. We strongly recommend that when purchasing identical products and colors, order it at the same time.
Bridesmaids & Damas Orders
We do offer bridesmaids and damas discounts if purchasing 3 or more pieces.
To ensure that gowns are available all together with similar dye lots and sizes, we highly recommend contacting us prior to purchasing your gowns.
We’ll do our best to make it on time for your wedding date!
Please note that if your order is an active bridesmaids and damas orders (whether using a coupon code or not) your order is considered a final sale as we will not offer any exchanges or returns.
